Markham Green originally opened as the Box Grove Golf Club in the 1940s. Since then the course has undergone many changes to become this exciting 9-hole, par 35, 3008 yard layout. Nestled in the Rouge River Valley, this 9 hole course entwines with the Rouge River necessitating several carries over water. Many of the fairways are tree-lined, requiring accurate tee shots. The greens are a big feature, generous in size and quite fast. Add to this subtle rolls and sloping that require a steady hand and a good eye to read the deceptive lines. Tee to green the course is kept in immaculate condition. Markham Green will more than satisfy golfers of all levels with its friendly atmosphere and exceptional challenge.

Markham Green is a mature scenic course which provides a natural habitat for a wide array of wildlife. Course conditions include bent grass tees, fairways and greens. The course provides a licensed snack bar and patio, as well as beverage cart service. Clubs, power & pull carts are available for rental.
